SJU 聖誕義賣 Christmas Bazaar 2012

This year in aid of St. Teresa’s Church in Wanhua, Taipei and their ministry to children and the elderly in the area ~ today was our Christmas Bazaar organized by the SJU Chaplaincy yeah!

We’ve been collecting up donations of second-hand clothes and anything saleable for weeks, and then yesterday to Costco buying up tons of hot dogs and food to sell…
The SJU staff kindly gave up their lunchtime today to help serve and sell, and staff and students alike came along and buy… despite the cold and windy and drizzly weather, it was a great success!

The food was sold out in record time, and big discounts were offered on the rest of the stuff (like these shoes – being sold by our chaplain)!

And me? Well I got a brand new suitcase, plus lots of Poinsettia plants and food galore…. it was fun!
